One address, for everything. Corrections are the most useful thing you can send: if a price, an opening time or a fare on this site is wrong, tell us what the page says, what it should say and where you saw the right figure. We will fix it and re-date the page.
Three doors that are not this one
A booking, a change or a refund. Every tour on this site is sold by GetYourGuide, not by us. We cannot see your booking, change a date or return your money. Their help center is at getyourguide.com/help — that link is deliberately untagged and earns us nothing.
The park itself. Opening hours, closures and whether the monkeys came down today are the park’s, at jigokudani-yaenkoen.co.jp.
Trains and buses. Timetables and fares belong to Nagano Dentetsu and Alpico, and change without telling us.
What we cannot do
We do not book, hold, cancel or refund anything, and we have no telephone.
